I didn't see this coming. A work of fiction that was published in Canteen Magazine in 2010 is now available online. The piece is called "Off with Her Head" and was named the winner of Canteen's fiction contest judged by Porochista Khakpour. It's an excerpt from a longer work and I'm very grateful to Mia Lipman and everyone at Canteen. Enjoy. Or don't.
